Happy Labor Day Blanketeers
!!!!
A huge Thank you goes out to the many people
that donated on August 12th for the Erie Gives Day. The funds
received will go a long way in blanket making materials. We hope in the coming
year to make more people aware of NWPA Project Linus, and the good that we are
doing for those in need in our Community.
The following is just in this
morning from Project Linus National HQ. We are being asked to forward this
information onto our Blanketeers.
Take the Project Linus Baby Toes Challenge!
Instead of an Ice
Bucket Challenge, we’re calling it “The Project Linus Baby Toes Challenge.”
Let’s see how many Warm Hugs for Baby Toes we can create in September!
How it Works
!!!!
If you are able,
make a donation of $10 - $25 to Project Linus. That’s it! Then share this
message with 5 of your friends and ask them to do the same thing. We can easily
reach tens of thousands of people who only need to make a small donation — and
we can make this our own viral challenge. We’ll put updates on this page to
track how we are doing.
In the comment
section please indicate that you would like your contribution to go to the NWPA
Project Linus Chapter.
